Venezuela's E.J. Viso has officially been confirmed for a third season with Chevy-powered KV Racing Technology.

Viso will drive the No. 5 machine after collecting four top-10 finishes last season. He will have two primary backers in CITGO and PDVSA, with additional support from Herbalife and multiple Venezuela-based sponsors.

He was the quickest of the three KV Racing Technology drivers during yesterday's test session at Infineon Raceway, with his lap of 77.36 seconds being the third-quickest overall amongst all that tested.
