Dan Wheldon may be heading to touring cars after his IndyCar days are done. In an interview with the Sun, the former Indy 500 and IZOD IndyCar Series champion reveals that his wife Susie has been wanting to live in Europe and that could eventually trigger a move back home to the U.K and into the British Touring Car Championship for him. Interesting premise from a fan that submitted a question to Curt Cavin’s blog on IndyStar.com, and it’s one I like — IndyCar should follow the NFL draft and have the backmarker teams get a bigger number of testing days while the top teams get a minimum amount. Perhaps that could mean something more than the extra 30-minute practice for squads outside the top ten…
