Diamond grinding is underway at the Sao Paulo Indy 300 race course, with crews working on the slippery surface of the Sambadromo straightaway to improve conditions for tomorrow’s race (11:30 a.m. ET, Versus). NZR Consulting, the Tony Cotman-led track design firm that penned this 2.6-mile temporary layout, is reporting of a good start to the grinding out by the Turn 11 hairpin.
