So far, so good on the Sambadromo. Overnight diamond grinding has been completed on the concrete main straightaway and the IZOD IndyCar Series drivers appear to be handling things much better there today in this short, 15-minute warmup session. Lots of grey dust is being kicked up from the grinding, so it looks as if cars are emerging from a dark duststorm when they get to the asphalt S of Samba (Turns 1-2).
